Standard Bank home loans cannot process a re advance with substitution

<p>This easy application has be filled with numerous errors and confusions by agents, team leaders etc.</p> <p>And not to forget empty promises.</p> <p>Standard Bank, please tell me how difficult it is to get a readvance with substitution correct? I am not happy that I need to go to the branch to finalize this application and had I gone I would have wasted my time as your agents are missing critical parts of the application i.e. Like the substitution.</p> <p>App number ********** </p>
