Standard bank home loans another govt dept

On Monday 11-05-2015 my re-advance on my home loans was approved on Tuesday 12-05-2015 all documentation was verified and confirmed as correct, I was then told that a deposit will be paid out within 48 hours, on the 14th, 15th and 20th it was escalated and still nothing has been done<br> <br> Every agent I have spoken to told me a different story, the supervisor I spoke to said he will call me back on 15th. 4 days later I get a sms from homeloans to say my query is still being investigated.<br> 2 of the agents I spoke to ensured me, a deposit will be made same day.<br> <br> Still waiting, feels more like I am dealing with home affairs department.<br> Ref.no ***<br> <br>
