Standard Bank home loans

<p>I have deposited extra funds in my standard Bank bond account and I have an available balance that I would like to access.I went to the branch and requested to get help to access my money,I was put through the phone with homeloans who cannot assist me with my request,they keep saying I must phone in again. I regret applying for a bond with standard Bank and depositing extra money in that account. I have an access bond account and do not understand why I can not access my money, please assist urgently.</p>
