Standard bank home loans

I started with an application for a home loan of R150 000 just to get the finances to do a transfer of the house from my grandmother's name to my name as the house is just getting transfered in the family. As I sent paper after paper nothing was ever right and then I would not hear from the Standard bank attorneys for a while then I would get an email that I needed to send more papers. They never told me everything I needed to send it was always just something new. The last month I kept sending emails to find out where we are standing but I just didn't get an answer so now I have decided to retract my application and look somewhere else. Standard bank and they're attorneys just wasted 3 years.
