Standard Bank Home Loans
My bond is under cancellation. Standard Bank stopped processing debit orders from my savings account until recently when money for the sale of my car was paid into my account. I complained to the CEO and the debit order was reversed. They now took R6816,60 again off my account.

Since I wrote on this site on the 24 April 2021, see response from Nicole Kirkwood below:-
I have been advised that there arrangement was only for 1 debit order to be reversed accordingly and no other debit order is due for reversal.
So I'm still not happy. I expected ny refund of R6816,60. Explain to me what a debit order is because the only time you processed it was when there was a bit of money in my account. You even took my R350 unemployment grant. Standard Bank you are so ruthless.
