Once again, us consumers have to deal with cattle class type service from Standard Bank home loans-They do not open their ears & listen. A bunch of bulllies, so go deal with Whitney, & Audrey, who are simple messengers for the bank. All of them cover each others butts, |& the rotten eggs need to be kicked out. Years ago, we dealt with a decent bunch, now a bunch of clowns. Big talkers, no action. Wake up management.
