Standard Bank Home Loans

My Opinion: Standard bank is again a total useless financial institution as they cannot respond to there clients. I waited over 15 mins on the line when a consultant put me on hold the call got cut and guess what not even a return call. So I call back and ask to speak to the consultant "Neo" the guy that answer wanted this Neo's last name. Thing is, when they answer the phone they do not state their surnames and so I asked him how many Neo' are there in the call centre. Is the like 5, he says there could be. After asking him it these calls are recorded he managed to put me through to 1 of the Neo. Neo did not even have the courtesy to call me back. When I ask why she didn't she said :she thought I cut the call and she got busy. Again customer satisfaction at its best.... moving forward as always This is the second time I'm saying that ure service sucks.
