Standard Bank Home Loans

Since 2009 I have been their client on the Home Loan Morgage side, I do not appreciate the way I am being treated. I lost my job in 2012 and I have been trying my best to survive all these years. However in 2014 the house was in arrears and it was in a situation were it was to be auctioned. An amount of R39K was supposed to be paid to prevent it from being Auctioned, I ran around and managed to raise the amount within two wks on the date of the Auction. This amount was paid and I received an email from Anie Fourie from Joubert Scholtz accepting the payment and the auction never took but rather received confirmation that all will be reversed and cancelled. Since then this Anie Fourie never cancelled the Auction however after 7 months it was put through again on Auction which was gonna be on the 15th of March 2015, I spoke to Anie Fourie and she apologised and confirmed that its cancelled. From April 2015 I have been paying even though I didn't have any income but I made sure the Bond was paid ontime and as per arrangement. On the 3rd of June I called the bank and I spoke to Steven and I made arrangement to pay R6.5K on the 4th of June 2016 and that payment was done. I also advised that I will call again to make arrangement to pay the arrears up to date and currently I am only owing one month plus current. However what disgust me the most is that my house has been handed over to the Lawyers, and I spoke Patience from the same Lawyers Joubert Scholtz who advised that my house is going on Auction and I did not receive any documentation or Summons for that matter. Why am I being treated like as if I am not worthy client to them yet I have been with them for over 7 years now. I have been communicating with Standard on each every occasion. I am urtely disgusted with the treatment. I need this resolved as soon as possible.
