Standard bank home loan wrong debit month

my bond was recently registered with standard bank, we moved in on the 16 of October 2024, we received communications that the 1st installment will go off on the 25th of November, since we moved after the 16th of November, from the 26th of October 2024, I've been receiving messages every day from the collection department informing me that I've missed a premium for October, whereas your supposed to start debiting now in November, I called in and spoke to Thobile from the home loan department who then assured me that they will log it and have it fixed, and she never contact me back nothing, no answer from the collection department when I called, When i check my credit you guys now are now saying my behind with my installment, fix this, you can't ruin my credit like that and make sure you fix my credit as well,

I have two home loans with you guys, and I have never missed a payment on the first one I had, Fix this.

I am also experience a problem with my first home loan, I was on fixed rate and I was informed that I will pay less if I cancel the fixed rate since now the repo rate has decrease, the consultant who assisted me assured me that changes will be effective from this month November since they had already sent out an invoice but it's still not fixed, am still going to pay R300 extra,

I am honestly not happy with the service am getting
