Standard Bank Home Loan Pathetic.....NO Service!!
Pathetic service from Standard Bank Home Loans App**** for an Additional Home Loan on the 29th April at the Key west Branch. Was promised a reply latest 2nd May. No reply had to phone myself. Declined for no documentation. On 6th May took documents, was promised a response 3 days. Yet again no reply had to follow up myself. No declined for no documents and another reason. On the 9th May took further documentation in, to date no response. 3 weeks later and Standard Bank has not contacted me once!! There is nobody to sit and discuss your situation with. just paper up and down and no answers.
