Standard Bank Home loan - lack pf service and communication

We had a joint bond through Standard bank home loans. The house has been sold last year but few weeks ago we foundout that there's a judgement against our names by Standard Bank. We called the homeloan section but we get transferred to different consultants and no one is able to assist us. This is not good and we need an explanation as to why a judgement was filed without our knowlege.
