STANDARD BANK HOME LOAN INTEREST RATE

I am very very disappointed with the service received. I pay my bond in advance and yet I my interest rate is unacceptable I compared it to my friends bond with FNB and my interest rate is doubled ..the call center agents are not knowledgeable in order to assist. All I am asking for is a better interest rate can please help me or else i will switch to FNB OR ABSA...***
