Standard bank home loan double debited

I am so disappointed by standard bank . I have a joint bond with them and it is paid through my partner's company. It has been like that however this month they debited his account as well as receiving money from my partner's work. We went to the branch and was told to call the call center. We send all relevant documents and no response. My partner's car could not be debit cos of this.
