Standard Bank Home Loan Division
Yesterday I called the standard Bank Home Loan Division, regarding my new installment for my two properties, since the Reserve Bank has cut the interest rates by another 100 basis points. And effective from the 15. And my debit order was going out the same day. I know that the debit order are loaded three days in advanced.
So i wanted to know if you are going to refund me or credit my account in May? Lindiwe the supervisor promised to call me yesterday still waiting. And before Lindiwe I spoke to Elolwane very impatient consultant.
