Standard bank home loan disaster

I am beyond disappointed in the delay and disregard of Standard Bank. Iave been teyi g tto reach the home laon office for weeks. Eventually I got ahold of them and was asked to forward paperwork on to an email address. A week later I called to ask if it had been received, only to be told it was the wrong email called out to me. Another week and some have gone by and no word.

This is unacceptable. They have just lost a long standing client to Another home loan provider who actually answers their calls and responds to. Emails immediately.
