Standard Bank Home Loan Bad Customer Service

I have been trying to get hold of Standard bank home loans for over 2 months just to change and enquire a few things on my Home Loan and have been failing. I am put on hold and nobody answers my call. I went into Standard bank Branch in Fourways and the lady who assisted me was put on hold also for over half an hour and later someone who later answered her call took down my details and they promised to call back immediately and they never did. I have tried and tried, i even ran out of airtime all the time because i am always put on hold.. Will i ever get hold of the department so i can sort out my issues asap!
