Standard Bank home loan application

I was applying for a home loan with Standard Bank where I was pre approved for R650 000.00. I then app**** for a townhouse with the value of R660 000.00 where I said the application would be for R630 000.00 where I would pay the difference cash. My application has not been approved 3 times. I’ve a loyal customer to Standard Bank for the past 23 years.

In my application I had also attached the rental agreement of the tenant who is renting the townhouse for R 10800.00. My stipulated bond repayment on a monthly basis would range around R7000.00. Even which that they have declined my application.

It is very difficult working with a bank that doesn’t cater for their loyal customers and I will be moving all my portfolios to another bank. I am tired of servicing a bank that does not service me as long term customer. I will be moving all my family accounts to another Bank that can be of value.

They just refuse to approve my application even though it is below the pre approved amount they gave me. I will not be giving them another chance. I will advocate for people to move from this bank with all my might. I will not tire.
