Standard Bank home loan ( 53 362 026 0 ) ***
I had an excess bond with Standard Bank home load, I had R25000 that I had excess to. To my surprise yesterday I only had R4000. I called home loan and spoke to Rethabile n she told me once the lawyers have submitted the cancellation then the excess bond falls off. But the cancellation was only done this morning n this was confirmed with the lawyers. She failed to give me an explanation as to what happened to my R19000 My private banker I've been trying to get hold of her since 2 days ago n I can't get hold of her. She I had not rep**** to my emails. *** What kind of service is this. I've trusted you guys with my money n now u can't give me answers of what happened to my money.
