STANDARD BANK HOME LOAD DIVISION

STANDARD BANK - Absolutely poor application & monitoring of your online home loan processes. Firstly, attempting to apply online is a complete disaster as upon typing in the OTP that is sent to you by the app, you are informed that it was unsuccessful. I tried this 4 times just to make sure it was not a typo, but still no joy. Anyway, it gives you the option to proceed and sucks out all your information, its amazing how they require this for telemarketing purposes but are never able to attend to your current needs! After submitting this information twice, I have not received any form of communication from STANDARD BANK acknowledging my request or giving me an indication that this is being attended to. Its a shame, you deem to be one of the highly rated banks when it comes to home loans but I wonder if these reviews are bias in any form or way. Its a shame....we could have done business together!
