Standard Bank Home Insurance - very poor service
My house is insured with Standard Bank. It was hit by lightning a month ago. A claim number was provided and an e-mail address. I have sent three e-mails in order to request a refund of the payments I have personally made. There is just no reply. It is as if they do not exist.
