STANDARD BANK HOME INSURANCE NOT PAYING CLAIM

My electric gate motor is faulty, I called in to standard bank Home insurance submitting my claim. All went well they advised I must send them a report from the technician. I did so. I then called them the afternoon confirming where my claim is the lady advised that they are not going to cover me because they only cover in case of lighting of floods. The reason was because of over currency. I then told them we experienced some lightning it may be because of that can I get the technician out again they then advised I am not allowed to send a second report.How come the willing to take their money every month but they will not find ways to accommodate you. I am really not happy about this.
