standard bank home insurance has no care

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I have had a ceiling leakage on a property with standard bank since Easter and thry have failed to bother to assist! Dont even bother with their escakations department they took over tge matter in April and we are now in May!! So which department is meant to resolve issues if they cant! Claiming with standard has been norhing but frustratioon and administration! As we speak there is still a leakage, they have failed to provide a supplier to fix this clearly no regard for water wastage nor ruin to their property! I have three properties with investec never have i gone through nonsense. Its apparent that it will be december and the same conversation will still be pending and will get told "we have a back log and will resolve your matter timeously"</span></p>
