Standard bank home insurance
My Father in law took out an insurance a long time ago with standard bank, every month he paid it loyally. In August 2017 his house burned down, back and forth with Standard bank and he still has not received his insurance MONEY!! it is nearly 2 years and it is absolutely RIDICULOUS! What can he do about this so they can DO THEIR JOB??????!!! He never gets answers from his emails, they also do not have the decency to phone him ad tell him whats going on. one day they say the money will pay out the next they are quite! SHAME ON YOU STANDARD BANK FOR YOUR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE ANY ADVICE ON HOW HE CAN GET HIS INSURANCE MONEY OWED TO HIM
