Standard Bank HL credit bureau nightmare

My Home Loans credit information has not been updated in over a year. Basically I have paid my account every month on time for the past year but standard bank has not been updating this credit bureau information.

Month after month for the past 6 months I send emails to the '***' with no permanent solution. Month after month when I check my credit report there is no change on my Standard bank home loan.

I have told them this is affecting my credit negatively but they don't seem to care much. I can't move my home loans account to another bank because I don't qualify. I do not qualify because my standard bank hl itc information says I have not paid my account in the past year.

I am beyond frustrated as I am told no other department can help me I need to keep dealing with '***'. They have been unable to help me for 6 months so I don't see this getting resolved by them at all.
