Standard Bank Hillcrest - Great service

I would like to compliment Mona Reuben and Brett Becket of Standard Bank Hillcrest , for going the extra mile in assisting me with a problem . I bought 2 pairs of shoes for over R2500 and the following day I returned them to the retailer due to them not being comfortable. The retailer, Europa Shoes , Gateway , credited my account , but then debited my account once again , although the shoes had been returned to them . I approached Standard Bank , Hillcrest , who reversed the entry . Europa shoes then debited my account once again and this the bank once again reversed the amount ! This debit and reversal continued for a period over many months ( 6 - 10 times ) , however both these Standard Bank staff members believed in me and eventually made a goodwill payment to me . Their service delivery was outstanding which is more than I can say for the Shoe Retailer , Europa Shoes , Gateway!
