I AM SO IMPRESSED FROM THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM STANDARD BANK ***** DIVISION. ON THE 12TH OF DECEMBER 2024 I WAS ****MED BY A COMPANY CALLED CAPE FLAIR WITH AN ONLINE ORDER. I CONTACTED STANDARD BANK ***** DIVISION ON THE 19TH OF DECEMBER 2024 AFTER REALIZING WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND OPENED A CHARGE BACK AGAINST CAPE FLAIR. I AM THRILLED TO REPORT THAT I RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT TODSY THE 4TH OF JANUARY 2025. I AM SO IMPRESSED AT HOW FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THE STAFF WERE AND HOW QUICKLY THIS SITUATION WAS RESOLVED WITH A WONDERFUL AND POSITIVE OUTCOME. THANK YOU STANDARD BANK FOR LOOKING AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS BEST INTERESTS AND MONEY.
