Standard bank helped me mess up my financial record

I bought a car that is financed by standard bank, my question is do bank really cares about their clients or they don't care as long as they damage someones profile and getting paid at the end of the day they can partner with the devil to make money?, the car that was sold to me by Willow Crest Motors didn't even last a month before it broke down i only had it for 3 weeks and now i am stuck with mechanical issues over R60 000 and the dealership refuses to take ownership, i assume standard bank will say the same and expect me to have money to pay them at the end of the day and fix the car that i bought to help me with my family the past few months have been hell thanks to standard bank and Willow Crest Motors
