Standard Bank help needed

I have been trying to make contact with Standard bank regarding a credit card that i use to have. i do know that i still owe money on that account and i wish to settle this. they gave me a number to contact and so i did but they could not find anything on the system. Also could not tell me if it was handed over to a debt collector perhaps. please note that i wish to settle this debt that i owe. so this review is not to be taken as a bad one towards Standard bank. but a plea for assistance on what i owe and where i can make payment arrangements too.
