Standard bank help me unblock my account, why the silence

Last week I wrote a review about standard bank , they stull have not helped me , i still haven't received a call from them their service is very poor . They blocked my account with no reason , now they dont want to help me unblock the account. I do not recommend standard bank especially with the kind of way they handle problems like this.
