Standard Bank Helderberg

My husband and I have been loyal customers at the helderberg branch close to Somerset West Mall. The past few weeks has been a complete nightmare dealing with a branch manager that shifts the problem and a private banker that is always on leave, yet we have to pay all these fees to special services and we receiving the complete opposite. I would like for Bhongo Bavuma to answer my calls and emails and not ignore the problem. I want all my accounts closed with standard bank immediately!
