Standard Bank - Hazyview Branch Poor Service Levels
The Hazyview branch has an appalling level of customer service. A queue of 12 customers took over an hour to process! In another queue, customers actually left the bank to get refreshments because of the long wait times! Standard Bank should really look at this branch's levels of efficiency and staff training.
