Standard Bank Hatfield Plaza poor service

We've been on a queue from 08h30 at Standard Bank Hatfield Plaza, 440 Hilda street. At 09h10; one of the staff members informed clients that they will open after an hour due to takeover. I don't think they are taking their clients serious. Why didn't they do whatever they wanted to do an hour before opening?
