Standard bank has to re learn customer service and ubuntu

I've been requesting for a settlement quote from standard bank numerous times and until today I'm still waiting. I was told that I've been handed over to lawyers and I contacted the lawyers to request a settlement quote, the lawyers told me that they need to request a settlement quote from standard bank, but they too are still waiting for standard bank to respond. Now I dont know who is fooling who, I'm not asking for credit, all I want is a settlement quote so that I can pay off my debt, is that too much to ask rather than being send from pillar to post using my time and energy and airtime to call Nxa!!!! I'm really ****ed, so much for customer service Nxa
