Standard bank has the worst service ever🤮🤮

I reported a transactional case on the 24th of June 2023, I was told to open a case and send through document and my case will be within 48 hour's. I have been calling STD bank ever since, I keep getting told that they will escalate the matter to the investigater. It's been 2 months now I haven't received any communication from STD BANK and it's really frustrating. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM A BIG BANK LIKE YOU. I am sharing this so that other standard bank clients as well those who want to open an account with you can see how bad is your service 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
