Standard bank has poor service and they eat off your late estate money

Been waiting for our late fathers estate to be closed by Standard bank since 2018. Till this day they keep saying they sent an email,whoever was working at that department moved, the system is down.. lame excuses always. Stay away from standard bank.. they are very bad and they’ll **** you off your late estate money.. Run while you still can. They never even give you paperwork to show you the process
