Standard bank has not updated credit report

I reduced my credit card limit from R30 000 to R10 000 but my Transunion credit report shows that I am still owing R27 000 and the opening balance is R30 000. My standard bank statement shows that the limit is R10 000 and I am owing R2000. Standard bank should fix the data with the Transunion as my credit score is been affected negatively. I logged a call at the branch and they send an SMS saying the issue is resolved but when I get the credit report it shows the issue is not resolved.
