Standard Bank has no Service what so ever!!!!!

Its been 2 months now that I am trying to close my Standard Bank Credit card. They owe me R1666 and till today no one at Standard Bank can tell me why thy cant close the account and when I will be receiving money owed to me.<br> <br> August 12 2015,I went to the Menlyn branch, and spoke to a customer service consultant. She failed 3 times to keep in notified of whats happening in this regard.<br> <br> I went to a Team Leader arround the 9 September 2015, Habiba Parker who prommised me she will sort it out and call me the next day. Up until now, no one at Standard Bank has called me!<br>
