Standard bank has no customer service

I Went into STD Bank to do a trustee RICA on a Family Trust to Pavilion branch and got told, by the teller, She not happy with my proof of address, spent hrs trying to arrange paper work, Then went to Std bank Westville, to be told they can't do it, because it is a business acc only the person who looks after the acc at STD bank can do, This is after my father was told the trustee's had to come in only with their ID, NO other paper needed, and spending nearly #hrs waiting in queues for no service. my review 0 out of 5
