Standard Bank has no customer service
I bank with this useless bank and I went to Centurion to apply for a personal loan, I was told about employer verification, even though I have credit with these people and I receive my salary in their stupid Cheque card, guses what nobody has called my HR since yesterday 09: 00 am, when I call their even more useless call center I get sent pillar to post... FNB I am coming back home..... Standard bank has truly lost all standards, they have no work ethic and I wouldn't recommend them.... Please try FNB
