Standard Bank has lost my Title Deed ?

I cannot get any assistance from Standard Bank being pushed from pillar to post, call centre operators is all you can talk to. Standard Bank cannot locate my title deed for a paid off property. I get told to call cancellation attorneys (who is their nominated attorney) and they have no record of my title deed. And now? You pay your home loan off to get title, and now they cannot produce it!
