Standard Bank has gone to the dogs

I've been banking with the Standard and lately it's gone steadily downhill. My cards no longer work for online transactions, simple links on their site don't work, when I arrive on time for an appointment, I'm told the agent is busy so wait (I didn't ) then early this morning I attempted to do an EFT and the site is down. With the ******** rates I'm charged despite a permanently positive balance, clearly service is too much to expect from these ***boys. I think I need a new bank.
