Standard Bank has done it again

Standard Bank sorted my recent ***** matter from the start. As soon as my transaction was debited off my current account, I received a notification from the bank as well as a telephone call which was handled from start to finish with no hiccups. I visited my local branch and the customer service person assured me that I would be updated after their investigation and I was blown away by the manner in which I was received from the front desk to my account being credited with the amount earlier debited. I too speak only positive of their call centre, professional, understanding and once a query is lodged there is no need to call again, sorted with one telephone call. Hippee hooray, Standard Bank did it again.
