Standard Bank has constantly collected/debited my account days before agreed date, ofcourse if this falls on a Sunday I fully understand collecting before this but debiting prior to funds in an account and before payday that is not legal

Standard Bank has constantly collected/debited my account days before agreed date, ofcourse if this falls on a Sunday I fully understand collecting before this but debiting prior to funds in an account and before payday that is not legal. I contacted the call centre and all they kept doing was saying be back now waiting for details to populate and after a number of times waiting I advised my issue needs to be resolved and to put me through to someone that can assist, this was followed with countless 5 minute waits and then coming back and saying still waiting numerous times. If you don’t want service then Standard Bank is for you quick to take but slow to service
