Standard Bank has a HEART!

I am NOT a client of Standard Bank and was caught up in a very bad situation as a result of a banking transaction that negatively impacted me. Upon reaching out to Standard Bank and explaining what happened, they immediately assured me that I do not need to worry, they are working actively to get me sorted out. Even though they were still busy with the investigation, they paid me in the form of a goodwill gesture (NOT A REFUND) and this truly knocked my socks off!!! Standard Bank is the only banking institution that I know of that wore their heart on a sleeve and turned what started as a negative situation into a SUPER positive and beautiful experience.
