Standard Bank Harrassment

My Name is Carrie Ann Pretorius. I have been getting a call from Standard Bank for a year where they have been looking for a lady by the name of Crystal Smolt. Apparently she has overdrawn on her account. Standard Bank then handed "Ms Smolt" over to the debt collectors who continued phoning my home phone and harrassing me. I wrote to Hello Peter and the problem was resolved. However, the issue has resurfaced with Standard Bank!! Standard Bank has started phoning and harrassing me AGAIN because they are looking for Crystal Smolt. Can someone please advise how to stop this harrassment at my home? The last person I spoke to at Standard Bank was Jaby Khuzuawo.
