Standard Bank Harassment

Standard Bank harasses clients that take loans from them. I took out a loan by Standard Bank a while ago, I changed jobs and now get paid later. The loan amount goes off via Stop Order as soon as money is reflected thus have never skipped a premium. I have phoned in several times to change date and to inform them of my new job, since then I have been receiving calls EVERY SINGLE DAY from loans department even after checking myself and calling in to make sure I am up to date and to change my details, I have spoken to 3 of their consultants that have called me already that also confirmed that I am up to date and they also confirmed a change in my deduction date after I had to explain it to them again and I still get calls every day. This is harassment and I am set on changing banks as soon as I get the chance.

According to Standard Bank you record the conversations and I have told your people to stop calling me and go listen to the recordings as I have spoken to 3 consultants calling me and also phoned in to the Loans department myself. I do not feel like supporting Standard Bank anymore, I am considering going to ABSA like my husband did when he had the same problem when he had a loan with Standard Bank. I am also a Financial adviser and will definitely not recommend Standard Bank to any of my clients.
