Standard Bank hands you over to debt collectors for no reason and charges extra interest
Standard Bank.... Can you please explain to me why my term loan was handed over to Vertex when I never skipped a payment? Why 5 months later my loan account is still sitting with Vertex when I have never missed a payment to you. Can you please explain why I have paid R10878 off on this loan and only R4000 has come off the loan amount. Can you please also explain why this is now affecting my credit rating and ability to get credit at your bank when I have never skipped a payment?
