Standard Bank handing over Debt Review customers
So Standard Bank is ignoring a court order for a customer under Debt Review, by sending the account to MBD Legal Collections. Standard Bank...you are aware that you are NOT ALLOWED to do this, right?? Because Standard Bank ignored a court order and continued with legal action, this will now be reported to the NCR. And because Standard Bank sent the details to a legal firm, MDB Legal Collections will also be reported to the NCR

If that was the case, you would not have been ******** to a court order and hand over any account under debt review, for collection. You also would not have contacted a debt review consumer and threaten with legal action if you knew you were not allowed to do so. You have breached each and every aspect of the NCR act, relating to debt review and therefore, a case has been opened against Standard Bank and their buddies, MDB Inc. So do not tell me that you appreciate my continued support, because I will NOT support you in any way, in the future.

A seperate incident report was filed for distress caused by the actions taken by both Standard Bank and MDB Inc
