Standard Bank Handing a case over to Macrobert Attorneys

WORST SERVICE!!!!!! First of all, I have a loan with standard bank, with life happening and not being able to get a stable job for a long time, I actually forgot about this loan Since the loan was taken out in 2010, there was no contact from Standard Bank, 9 years later the case gets handed over to Macrobert Attorneys- which by the way is THE WORST PEOPLE TO EVER DEAL WITH!!!!!! if standard bank has handed over the case- where is my signed contract with standard bank that I have requested for weeks now, and where is the proof that standard was indeed in contact with me in the last 5years for that matter? they have my email and my phone number. I WANT ALL MY DOCUMENTS, No one can provide anything to me. oh and standard bank an SMS does not count as proof of documentation
