Standard bank handed me over wrongfully to Debt collectors

I have a bond account with Standard bank for the past 8+ years.They handed me over to a debt collection company cause apparently my bond is in arrears by 30 days.I knw they dnt do this after 30 days but I'm getting non stop calls from Anthony Richards n Associates n I've explained that I was handed over to 3 people.Its so frustrating to explain the same thing over n over.ive spoken to the bank n they advised that they will get my account bank bt nothing is changing.First when I made contact with the bank they actually told me I was not handed over so how is Ara in possession of my contact details.Ampther weird thing why does Ara call me from a private no n asks me to confirm my ID number.I just plainly refused to confirm anything.
